Client base
MIS Pipelines has adopted a strategy to focus on selected customers and keep its customer base specific. This strategy allows the company to focus its resources and to provide individual attention to its select few customers. The company started off servicing Joburg Water and as a result it remains a major customer of the company. MIS Pipelines is currently exploring the option of expanding its client base with municipalities in and around the Johannesburg Area.
